HP Pavilion dv6t Quad Edition Laptop
The good: Improved design, audio beats, new USB 3.0 ports, an HD webcam, fingerprint sensor, a variety of scenarios ranging from budget to high end and the second generation of Core i- series are part of HP Pavilion dv6t reform design.
The bad: poor performance of AMD graphics, confusing many settings, and a keyboard Flexy experience a less-than-usually overwhelming.
The bottom line: The HP Pavilion dv6t is a solid improvement over the last HP notebook 15 inches of power consumption with multiple adjustments, bells and whistles, but the wide variety of choices means that they have very different systems depending on what can afford.
Midrange laptops are big cars as standard size, usually just not going to be very exciting. The HP Pavilion dv6t-6000 falls right into this category as a square peg into the hole inevitable, this 15.6-inch model is a highly configurable in the center of the mainstream line of HP notebooks, like the Dell Inspiron 15R.
Dv6t Pavilion is considered a "high performance" laptop on the HP website, but its acceleration configuration to power: a processor ranging from second-generation Core i7 i3 Core Dual-Core AMD mid-range graphics options and an optional Blu-ray 1080p. The elements are final dv6t largest of its ornaments: a fingerprint reader that can launch applications and Web pages, a hit-driven audio up / down the keyboard, speaker set, USB 3.0 and HD webcam.
The reasonable dv6t starts at $ 599 for a second generation of Core processors i3 CPU, Intel integrated graphics and a 500GB hard drive, our version had a $ 849 processor 2.3GHz Core i5-2410M, 6490M 1GB AMD Radeon graphics, disk Hard Drive 640 GB and 6 GB of RAM.
While this may sound like a good package for some, this bulky laptop still lacks some features high-end portable media in our price of $ 849, and was excellent in the games. If you are interested in moving to AMD to add better graphics, 1080p resolution and Blu-ray, dv6t can make the dream machine you're looking for, but at a higher price. Some may consider the adoption of low-end configuration, with its highest ornaments bell and whistle, making a smart purchase dv6t.
In our revised configuration, I was neither here nor there, and certainly much bigger than a laptop who prefer to travel. Frankly, for $ 850, I expected a little more. Looking back over the last HP dv6 model we tested, the new dv6t changed for better, sometimes dramatically. However, the first line of sight does not change much achieved so far: it seems that one of the laptops should be exceptional, but it is quite common.
A compliment we can give at the HP Pavilion dv6t is that his new design gives a very aesthetically pleasing, polished metal exterior and interior are smooth curves and a bronze and amber tone. The "gray steel" option has a cost of $ 25, but I do not see why anyone would want this, Amber looks elegant. One advantage for the edge-pad keyboard / number and large touch pad to fill the space well, and fills the screen top cover at least part of additional space. Proportionally, it seems correct. A top bar speakers to complement a second set of speakers in September at the keyboard cover is strong and is willing to carry out better sound. It's a big change from the old HP Pavilion dv6, and a look that is very close to the HP Envy high end.
However, the clean lines of this laptop is to hide its volume. And yes, the volume is considerable. At about 1.3 cm thick and 5.7 pounds, this machine is almost slim. It looks like a desktop device. Although one could fit in the bag, we could not do as they wish. However, given its mass, at least in dv6t lines are clean, that fits in your lap and you look out the hard way.
On the keyboard that has highlighted the island's key type, each key is square and well separated from the others. Keypad presses up against it, create a seamless flow between the two, but not hitting the arrow keys on the bottom, as seen in some laptops. Scroll keys are small, however: up and down the track is compressed into a single button. While the keyboard responded well, he showed a tremendous amount of chassis flex an otherwise solid construction. Nor is backlit, which is strange considering the size of the notebook. Controls assigned to the function keys worked without pressing the Fn button, which is common in laptops for many years, but a surprising number still ignore function keys inverted. Except for a small power button on the top left (maybe a bit too small), there is a small black button that launches the Web browser of your choice.
The large multitouch touchpad Synaptics is larger than many, but unlike the new HP pads, return to the use of discreet buttons below, instead of "click-through areas." HP says it did not reduce the usable area of the touchscreen - in fact, it seems that the buttons below to be a clear violation of the fingers of space. The matt surface collects grease and fingerprints, but usually provides a smooth response. A border with LED backlighting adds a sense of definition in dark rooms and a sober little.
Throughout the entire line dv6t, HP adds a fingerprint reader, marketed as SimplePass, I think the idea is brilliant. You, too, if you use the HP software customizable for the reader, all 10 fingers can be configured not only to start the session, but to launch applications, Web sites, and even stored passwords for websites. For many users looking to maintain their Gmail accounts separately is a very clever solution. We love to see the idea of fluidity in other notebooks, too, or even tablets and phones. This is a much easier way to remember passwords.
The 15.6-inch 1366 x 768 pixel LED backlit display is bright and slightly push the rest of the plastic lid. Videos and applications was sharp and clear, but lower resolution than the size of the screen you could see some videos look more pixelated. This happens when viewing HD content with higher resolution, lower resolution screen closely. Upgrading to a 1080 is only $ 150, and if you care about the extra screen real space and full HD video, it's worth the investment. If you are with your display, however, is definitely a show for a solid midrange. The viewing angles to break the extreme tilt of the screen, but otherwise brilliant.
As for audio in question, the dv6t Pavilion has become a little review. The much talked about (especially HP) beat sound technology integrated in HP Envy laptops a few years ago has spread throughout much of the HP laptop line. Their inclusion in the amounts dv6t for circuits and software (for amplification and equalization of sound), not the speaker hardware. The speakers are not bad, a noisy bar on the keyboard comes with two stereo speakers located on the laptop forward and down the keyboard. There are four speakers, but not the subwoofer. We pumped movies, music, music videos and some Beastie Boys, and has an output that was much better than average. However, there was what could be called spectacular. Laptops, Dell XPS and Toshiba 15 Harman Kardon sound was low even better and treble clarity to our ears.
With headphones, the dv6t definitely looked great, but it is difficult to determine how much of that is attributable to death. Therefore, we compared the Beastie Boys "Fight for Your Right" video from their 2011 Hot Sauce Pt 2 album Committee on the HP Pavilion dv6t and our Lenovo ThinkPad, with the same headphones (Etymotic HF2) and the maximum crank. Dv6t absolute best performance: the volume was high, low, more punch, and "glam" factor was more present. If you hear music in the affairs of his laptop, then yes, hitting is a victory over the average of the competition.
HD 720p offers a series of Webcam video chat features, a trend that is spreading all laptops. Dell Inspiron line entered into a similar upgrade this year, too.
Dell XPS 17 3D Laptop with 3D Glasses
good: The Dell XPS 17 is a 3D desktop replacement seems strong that it can handle 3D content and 3D movies and 3D games for a compatible TV out. Highly configurable, the more expensive options are powerful indeed.
The bad: Some 3D stereoscopic wonky issues make it less plug-and-play of a 3D TV, and 17-inch version of the XPS did not change the image of 15-inch version is fine.
The bottom line: Dell XPS 17 3D is for anyone who wants a powerful notebook for gaming and 17 inches, but in a more aesthetically elegant package offered by Dell Alienware brand. Stereoscopic 3D is artificial, but a certain breed of PC gamers will love.
Dell wide, sometimes confusing the consumer white label has, fortunately, was reduced to three, and there is a clear distinction between them sufficiently to make the choice of a Dell laptop (or at least a starting point) of a simple equation. The brand Inspiron current reaches the lower end of the price spectrum, with plastic bodies and a surprisingly wide range of component options, the Alienware brand a premium price, is the mountain-Dew-chugging players, with the aesthetic palate lag by back their budgets. In the middle is the XPS line, which has some of the same components available in the other two edge lines, adds new options and different, and involves the entire system in an attractive metal lined box.
The high level of appearance XPS 17 3D is a relatively recent variant of the brand, with the current 17-inch XPS 2011 with its second-generation Intel ® Core series processors, and adding support for 3D stereoscopic 3D platform Nvidia Vision (which is actually the standard for PC-based 3D). You can also send the signal to a 3D TV via HDMI and watch video or play 3D PC games - a potential project for fans of PC games, like StarCraft II.
Our 3D called XPS 17 $ 2,054, but the starting price for a 3D version is $ 1,199 (XPS 3D models can not be configured from 17 to 899 dollars). Although it is really difficult to set up a laptop to cost more than $ 2.000 today, our review unit included an Intel Core i7-face 2630QM, 8 GB of RAM, an HD 1080p 555m GT GPU Nvidia GeForce, Blu-ray writer-a and 1 TB of hard disk space.
This is probably more equipment you need one, but a more reasonable construction to begin working for less than $ 1,500, and still be a killer gaming/multimedia/3D platform that will make your apartment looks like a room.
With a brushed metal design and color scheme in three shades of black / gray / silver, 17-inch version of the Dell XPS is almost identical to the smaller 15-inch XPS, for the last time in March 2011. It is buttoned a multimedia machine, but do not look out of place in a den or living room luxury.
This is, however, an entirely different project from the very recent XPS 15Z, a reinvention of the thin disk XPS line, which has a slimmer body, a slot-load optical and large speaker grilles on either side of the keyboard. The 15Z is much cleaner, nicer, in general, and that one day you can see the design features of their way to the XPS 17, but for now it remains a laptop thick, chunky, but not an attractive.
Spring Dell pattern on the screen - a collection of quick launch of applications and menus - has become a major revision this year. Instead of being stuck on top (or bottom) of the screen, which is now about a quarter of its length, with great artistic tiles for the various categories, including music, games and video. It's called the Dell stage, and you can change the size or contents of files, or convert the whole thing out. How docklike software packages go, this is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen.
As a 3D-compatible laptop, the XPS 17 in 3D can be used to view stereoscopic content, including photos, videos and games, using a pair of glasses includes NVIDIA 3D Vision (our unit of analysis failed to include them, but had an extra pair around, extra pairs around $ 100). The good part of 3D-based PC is that almost any PC game can be played in 3D mode, because the system displays the 3D view 3D data generated by the game itself, unlike the console games do not require a 3D stereoscopic specially encoded.
The XPS 17 3D software also works with Nvidia 3DTV Play, which lets you connect the HDMI output of a notebook in HDMI input on 3D TV and watch 3D content on the big screen. We had to go get the software in our Nvidia - which oddly was not previously installed, and it should be noted that Nvidia charges $ 39 for software, which also has a trial version for 14 days.
Once you have the software 3DTV Play up, we were able to play PC games using the XPS 17 on a large screen Samsung 3D TV. However, it comes with two important caveats. Resolution 3DTV content in the game is limited to 720, and had a small amount of signal delay. Portal We found our test games in 3D, still playable, but faster-paced games may suffer from this kind of delay.
The screen has an XPS 17 3D Full HD 1920 x1080 pixel resolution, which is what you expect from a premium desktop replacement. Screen images were clear and bright, and off-axis viewing was above average, but the screen is very bright also collected a large amount of brightness. The speakers of the JBL brand are strong and fairly deep, but still want to connect headphones or external speakers, depending on who is playing and how many people are watching.
Sony VPCEB44FXWI / VPC-EB44FX/WI / VPC-EB44FX/WI 15.5
The good: Sony makes some teams more attractive and feel better in the industry, which is especially welcome in a budget system like the Sony Vaio EB44FX. Intel Wireless Display is included, and optional keyboard skins add a bit of talent.
The bad: Why mid-2011, Sony is still selling laptops with 2010 versions of Intel Core i-series?
The bottom line: Sony Vaio line of laptops, including the EB series of average prices are great and include some high-end features - just the desire of the CPU has been upgraded as a matter of battery life.
There is no denying that Sony makes great hardware laptop. Your brand Vaio is often an option to go for the design-minded buyers and the relative scarcity of the brand in retail stores (compared to HP, Dell, and others) makes it desired by those who want to highlight the laptop crowd. Add in the fact that most of the Vaio records are top of the price range and has a single line laptop Apple MacBook Pro can make populist feel by comparison.
The Vaio is a series of Vaio and less expensive, and this one Vaio EB (the reasoning behind the naming scheme Vaio still eludes us, after years of study), the clock at $ 799, but can be found for $ 50 to $ 100 less online. For the absolute quality of the physical hardware that receives - this system looks smooth and feels solid - it's good business. However, it is sad that EB44FX carry an outdated CPU.
For a laptop launched in mid 2011 for an afternoon of 2010, Intel Core i3 is inexcusable. This is not just a case of keeping up appearances - the current Intel chips do not bring only one reasonable interpretation of collision, but the battery life significantly improved and better integrated graphics. Most notebook manufacturers have removed the older parts (except perhaps for lower end systems the budget), and the average price of a laptop like this, Sony should do the same.
In our informal conversations with buyers of laptops in recent years, it is safe to say that in addition to Apple, Sony is probably the No. 1 brand of choice laptop design snobs (a term I use without prejudice, as is likely to apply to us). Although not as fancy as the high-end S series Vaio laptops or Z, the series model and remains a good observer.
Our review unit came with a pearl white interior, offset by a gray lid and black base. Sony is a great laptop defender pop of color, variety of colors available, and many current models of Sony Vaio laptop can be used with a keyboard skin pre-installation.
These layers of rubber, which are designed to fit specific models of Vaio laptop, come in a variety of colors, and cover the area of the entire keyboard, from beginning to end. To hear Sony say they have been incredibly popular, and almost everyone who purchases a Vaio notebook Sony store comes with one or two of these $ 20.
In fact, it's fun to change the look of your laptop in an instant - the range of skin colors of the keyboard fits perfectly into the existing project, and if you choose a complementary color, it can seem as if the laptop has designed that way in the first place.
The skins, however, Sony made an excellent keyboard a bit harder to use. They look good, but not well enough, the rubber skin and moved enough in the fingers that more mistakes than usual. With practice we did get better, and of course the keyboard skins are completely optional.
The keys of space on the island has been the favorite style, with change of size and Enter. This midrange model also has a full numeric keypad and there is a trio of quick launch buttons above the keyboard (from outside the area covered by the keyboard of the skin). The quick launch buttons to launch a set of self-help support, a web browser and the owner of Sony multimedia software.
The touch pad, though not as large as it could be a system of this size, which was especially nice to use, thanks to a slightly raised dot pattern, a tactile feedback offered enough. Large left and right to sit under, and all the touch-pad package focuses on the space bar, which means it is slightly to the left in the chassis and the keyboard is offset by the keypad on the right.
You may want to go to the configuration of the touch pad and scroll zone to reduce the standard right. It always seemed too broad in Sony laptops, and are constantly accidentally shooting when you move the cursor.
15.5 inches screen is one of the few areas where the lowest price is evident. The screen resolution is 1366 x 768 pixels, which is very common that the budget for half price 15-inch laptops, but the Vaio EB seems a more expensive machine, so our eyes wait for a higher screen resolution. Off-axis view was decent, but the screen is so bright that it easily picked up glare and reflections from nearby lights.
As a nice bonus, the display technology from Intel Wifi included. With it, you can stream the desktop (including video or photos) to close any TV with the help of a receiver box, sold separately. Not fast enough for games, but video playback is great.

Sony VAIO VPC-SA21GX/BI Laptop (Black)
The good: The Sony Vaio SA21GX packs a lot of equipment inside a thin and light, without setting a high price. The high-resolution screen, Blu-ray and AMD graphics round a complete package.
The bad: The screen hinge feels very unstable for our taste, and reverse, slightly angular design would not appeal to everyone.
The bottom line: Sony Vaio S Series notebooks refurbished are thin, but still offer many high-end features, creating an economical alternative to Z. Vaio attractive, but expensive
Sony Vaio laptops have been considered the benchmark for high-end laptops Windows, at least in terms of excellence set of media, hardware design, and higher prices than average. While Vaio gradually became more accessible in recent years, the reputation of products with style, remains too expensive, especially when it comes to ultraportables, including the undoubtedly impressive, but insanely price Vaio Z.
The Vaio S, a line of redesigned 13-inch laptops, became the inheritor of much of the style of the VAIO Z, but at more reasonable prices. For "reasonable" we mean from $ 899, which certainly falls within a range competitive with Apple.
Much has changed since the thickness S Vaio laptop last revision. The new 3.5-pound Vaio S is thinner and lighter, certainly more than general-purpose notebooks average of 4 pounds. It's so thin and light as a MacBook Air or Samsung 9 Series, but it is one of the thinnest laptops that includes a standard processor and optical drive. His closest alternative in terms of size and features is the Toshiba Portege R835.
There are very close packed alloy magnesium frame Vaio S: the second generation i-series Core processors, AMD graphics, optional 1600 x 900 pixels of high resolution screen, a Blu-ray and a cut-out battery box, which effectively doubles battery life. Add all this, and the Vaio S definitely has a sense of luxury. However, prices skyrocket, our setup was reported in 1299 dollars, depending on what else to add, you can easily get about $ 2,000.
If you're in the market for a 13-inch laptop in Windows that can keep up with the designs of Apple, the Vaio S comes as close as any Windows laptop. His angular, almost any design nonpayment may appeal to some, but the Vaio S receives a gesture of respect to be a more sensitive variation of the excess of Z, without charging a huge premium - at least if he keeps improving it a minimum.
At first glance, the Vaio S owes much to the aesthetic design of the Vaio Z. Some people who sit in cafes, you can even assume that this is an angled edge Z. and a thin profile are almost identical to the Vaio Z looked last year. The metal on an aluminum magnesium alloy structure is strong, but it is so light that you can cheat to feel a little weak.
THE Vaio has two variants of the model, Sony Vaio S decided to fork a little confusion, called the SA and SB spectra located at slightly lower prices and higher at the end. SB Vaio comes in four colors - black, white, pink and blue - and starts with lower specifications (Core i3/i5), while the SA Vaio comes in Jet Black or silver, platinum and has high-end CPU options (i5 / i7) and better AMD Radeon. Both the SA and SB share many of the characteristics of the same configuration, with some differences between the two. If you buy the Sony website, it is best to compare and contrast yourself and then make a decision. For most, the decision will probably be reduced to color in everything else. Our VAIO S is platinum Plata SA, a set of configurations of $ 1,299.
The similarities continue with the Vaio Z inside the Vaio S, lifted the keyboard and a row of dedicated buttons launch feel very similar. The hinge, however, is different. THE Vaio, a chrome center-hinged connected floats near the middle of the back of the notebook, giving a retro touch more directly with the design. The upper eyelid is very thin, very thin on the border, we have experienced the same kind of Flexy open and close like we did with the previous Vaio Zs. The hinge action also felt strange - sometimes too loose, often more rigid in other sides. The hinge works great, but seemed to be somewhat irregular. The Vaio SA opens to cover a wider angle than usual, beyond the standard 45 degrees, and offers better visibility to the laptop to write or work on a low table.
A large area of palm rest for a frame size touchscreen otherwise normal. Its smooth surface responded better than the average of the multitouch gestures and movements, hidden under a pair of discrete buttons that go right ahead. Among them is a fingerprint sensor of small size, which can be programmed to store passwords for increased security.
The general characteristics of island-style keyboard keys with enough space between them. The keys are slightly recessed in a pan, leaving the top of the color keys with the other palm down. Like Apple's keyboards (and unlike many other Windows laptops), the Enter / Shift are being drowned out by a stranger extra column of keys on the right side, which makes writing much less crowded. The keyboard is illuminated Vaio S, a good addition to the low lighting, but in rooms with low light switches in our unit Silver Platinum Silver were hard to read sometimes.
If we are going to be picky Vaio S project is especially the drive angle 1980, the laptop seems to embrace. Of course, nothing like the Vaio S already existed in 1988, but especially in our Platinum model, the hard lines and give the laptop extra buttons around a little sense of retreat. Sony loves to add specific help, web, and more keyboard keys VAIO many like this, but the dedicated keys for the most part unnecessary. Physics "Stamina / Speed" switch performance in the upper left feels like a joke (after all, we do not want the power and speed at the same time?), But is essentially a graph of on / off. AMD Radeon includes not turn off automatically, and this is the Vaio S "method of balancing power consumption. The physical switch is odd: the programs have to be out and the laptop briefly flashes as his way of changing it. We so used to the graphics and automated as those in laptops from Apple or Nvidia laptop that Optimus find this unpleasant choice.
The 13.3-inch matte screen is better than most we have seen, viewing angles with bright colors and sharp and bright. Even better, the Vaio S offers an upgrade option in high resolution from the default 1366 x 768 pixels. Our SA21GX/SI Vaio has a 1600 x 900 pixel screen resolution. It may seem excessive in a 13-inch laptop, but it's not, screen space optimizer is a real added workflow, better alignment of programs that appear on screen at once. Text is still largely legible, if the condensate.
The stereo speakers sounded solid and stronger than I expected to hear. I would not say that S is an ideal portable media Vaio, but it is a powerful way to consume video in real time - and if you decide to upgrade to Blu-ray and a higher resolution screen, this adds up the media to a more compact 13-inchers we've seen.
This Vaio also has Intel Wireless Display, a useful way to transmit high-definition video from your laptop to an HDTV. Widi require separately purchased a converter that connects to your TV, but once configured, can be used to transform your big screen TV WiDi on a second monitor, with a slight delay in transmission time. Streaming video on the Web, support DVD and Blu-Ray playback, and applications are well connected, too, but games that require quick response will not work.
Included with your webcam video capture at resolutions up to 1280 pixels X720, but we see the image quality to be a little faded and dull compared with other recent HD Webcams.
The bad: The screen hinge feels very unstable for our taste, and reverse, slightly angular design would not appeal to everyone.

Acer Aspire TimelineX AS3830TG-6431 13.3-Inch Laptop
The good news: less than U.S. $ 800, Acer Aspire 6431-3830TG TimelineX is one of the most affordable thin notebooks we've seen. Make a few appointments and stunning NVIDIA graphics packages in a compact and portable.
The bad: The lack of an optical drive is frustrating, as other similar sized laptops like the Sony Vaio and Toshiba Portege R835 S are not one.
In short: The combination of aggressive price 3830TG Acer Aspire 6431 TimelineX game-ready graphics and a fast processor in a body of 13-inch offers a big hit at a good price, and you can live without a DVD drive.
Some years ago, the TimelineX Acer was one of the first of what was then called "thin and light" laptops, 13 inchers with thinner, lighter frames, long battery life, and design. Easier to carry than a standard laptop
The series still exists TimelineX, and the latest version of Acer's latest second-generation Intel ® Core ™ series graphics processors and NVIDIA impressive. However, the picture has been expanded to include many thin laptops: Sony Vaio and Toshiba Portege S, and the extremely thin Apple MacBook Air and Samsung Series 9. The TimelineX 3830TG-6431 $ 779 is fine, but not as thin as a MacBook Air is so light for its size, or - S Sony Vaio and Toshiba Portege are lighter and include DVD optical drives. The TimelineX not, although it seems large enough to accommodate one.
Battery life is good, but we have seen even better than the Toshiba Portege R835 and the MacBook Air What TimelineX 3830TG-6431 is competitively priced which is at the bottom for weight loss 13 inchers, and a set of features, the optical drive aside, is better than many of its competitors.
There are more important to design, or resources you can go for the price? In the latter case, the TimelineX 3830TG-6431 $ 779 worth consideration. Not the sexiest laptop around well, but it is certainly one of the fastest and is one of the cheapest laptops with this small level of graphics power I've ever seen.
We have seen a number of laptops over the years TimelineX, and as a new version of the Acer is no different on the outside of the TimelineX saw a year ago, has a certain design of new wrinkles. The blue exterior aluminum with a matte finish on the back, have a cleaning angle is narrow at the back of a large cylindrical hinge reminiscent of older Sony Vaio laptop. The metal tends to finish points, but is strong, and the Acer logo are sitting quietly in the center. The hinge through the center of large round drum, taking the space for the flat bottom of TimelineX.
Inside, two-tone look will. A metallic blue plastic palm rest is below a silver tray with the elevation of black plastic keys on the keyboard style spectacular island end to end. Efficient use of interior space TimelineX gives a clean look.
While setting a thickness of 1 inch, this is the dense TimelineX to 4.1 pounds, is much heavier than the similarly sized Sony Vaio S Toshiba Portege. Moreover, still lighter than most laptops 13 inches. Basically, this is a laptop you will feel more comfortable holding your arm in his hand.
TimelineX The power cord connects to the left rear of the connector through an L-shaped pattern No optical drive door to the road, as there is no optical drive. Other ports - USB, headphone, HDMI - crowded around the edges of the front of the two side panels.
We would like to raise this as an Acer keyboard is, but the keys felt a soft plastic and reduce the use of keyboards such as Sony and Apple laptops. The right column of the page up / down keys and cramps, as access to the Enter and Shift keys. Stranger still, the Enter key directly adjacent to the backslash key above it. Writing is not a disaster by any means, but we are very stringent for the keyboard good.
One "P" button above the keyboard launches Acer's power management settings. Volume and screen brightness are relegated to the direction of the arrows, you must also press the Fn key at the same time, which is unnecessarily difficult.
The touch screen is below the straight and narrow, leaving plenty of space above and below that would have extended finger. Two discrete buttons below are small but functional. Between the keyboard and touchpad, this Acer is not going to impress with its great ergonomics, but they both do the job. Those who prefer basic touch pads will be satisfied, at least, since there is no technology without buttons ClickPad here.
View TimelineX 3830TG inches is perfectly 6431-13: a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels is a standard issue, half of the road brightness and clarity. I could not see the screen at extreme angles, but once again they have exceeded expectations for this type of laptops. Streaming video and games looked good, and the documents were clear and easy to read.
Watch the display of a stereo speaker bar located above the keyboard. Tagged as "Dolby Home Theater: professionally tuned", the speakers are superior in quality and volume you other slim 13-inchers. Watch movies and play games as much profit.
Including HD Webcam has a maximum resolution of 1,280 x1, 024 pixels, and is as good as high definition webcams we've seen in other recent notebooks of 2011. She looked warm colors, and levels of self-exposure adjusted decently.
