The touch screen is below the straight and narrow, leaving plenty of space above and below that would have extended finger. Two discrete buttons below are small but functional. Between the keyboard and touchpad, this Acer is not going to impress with its great ergonomics, but they both do the job. Those who prefer basic touch pads will be satisfied, at least, since there is no technology without buttons ClickPad here.
